Project Site Approval Workflow

Hi,

I am currently running Project Server 2013. We have a business process that requires approval workflow.

The process goes as follows:

1. New project site is created
2. Project manager enters the following information

• Project details
• Project description
• Customer contact details
• Task schedule with assigned engineer and time allocated
• Work breakdown structure

  3. The project manager then needs to gain management approval before proceeding further:

• General Manager
• Operation Manager
• Sales Manager

End of process

What would be the best way to add this approval workflow for a project site?

Any suggestions?
