Add site to project from code

I have site template with Evenet Receiver. In EventReceiver I creating some numbers of sites and want add this sites to Projects on PWA. I try use Microsoft.Office.ProjectServer.dll and Project Server 2013 Client SDK, but get error on activate feature with. I can't read error because Office 365 don't take me this information. But I try get only context, and have error again.

How I can add site to projects?
