Scenario:
Developer estimates 40 hours for a task
Project Manager enters the time.
Developer enters 40 hours into timesheet, but actually needs another 10 hours.
The task automatically closes because there's no more time assigned to the task.
Is there a way to either add this scenario to the workflow so it doesn't automatically close or automate the process so that the developer can either add more hours to the task or request that hours be added to the task? We would actually like to manage our time in TFS and push it to Project Server, if we can solve this problem.
