ListView

Hi All,

How do I disable and enable the doubleClick of an item in the ListView?

Example:  Under certain choices, users are allowed to doubleClick on any single item listed in ListView, which bring up another window that allows users to do something with it,  other choices, I would like to disable this option (doubleClick).
