Previously in Project Server 2010 I had workflow designed with visual studio that was demand management that provided a user with a nice interface when adding the workflow to select the requirements. Obviously in project 2013 the methods have changed slightly. This means I cant utilise the previous WSP. If I understand it correctly in an out of the box installation the stages ept and so forth aren't created automatically. What's the best method to achieve the same process to push out workflows to multiple different sites and locations? I have seen in sp2010 you can do this in a WSP, but I believe in ps2013 you would need to include a lot more i.e ept and so forth, but surely these values would change and therefore their guids would change?
I know each person could go and make a PS2013 workflow but this could be time consuming, is there a better way? Also if we create a SPD workflow the interface for the user might be a nice. For example you may want to provide an option on publish should the workflow require approvals at all gates and if so who should the approver be?
I've seen this example but it doesn't seem to cover the steps from ps2013 http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sharepointdesigner/archive/2012/08/30/packaging-list-site-and-reusable-workflow-and-how-to-deploy-the-package.aspx
