Project Server 2013 Workflow - Filter by Department

I was wondering if there is a way to filter approvals based on their Department. The Dynamic Workflow in the Solution Starters for Project Server 2010 had this feature. If I had a group called "Department Leaders" and had 3 people in it (Bill, Steve, Ann). Bill had the Resource Department of IT, Steve had the Resource Department of HR, and Ann had the Resource Department of Marketing. Then when I created a project and in the initial page set the Project Department to "Marketing" then the workflow would only send the approval to Ann since she's the only one with the same department as the indicated by the project. I couldn't find any options like this in SharePoint Designer 2013 working with Project Server 2013 workflows.
