Workflow won't go to next stage.

Hi, I really could use some help as I've been getting pretty frustrated with this workflow not moving.

I am using Project Online. I created a Workflow and it is required that Portfolio Managers Approve the first stage. I see that the task is assigned to the Portfolio Managers fine but after approving the task the project's workflow does not move on to the next stage. What could be the cause of this?
