We have a workflow that has been working well for a while for multiple projects, but recently we wanted to change who gets sent an email on one of the stages. After changing the user, saving, and publishing, we restarted the workflow for one of the projects that uses it but the stage is still sending email to the original user in the stage before we republished. I updated workflow again to include me and the new user, republished, restarted workflow, yet it still emails the original person.
Our environment is Project Server 2013, June CU. And we have other workflows working properly (though we haven't tried changing email recipients on those yet). Is there some step I'm missing when updating a workflow that is used by multiple projects?
