I have a custom PSI Service that uses the MultipleBaseAddressBasicHttpBindingServiceHostFactory. I need to bump up the limits on message/buffer size, but I am not sure how/where to do it. Is it in the web.config for the PWA Web application? The only basicHttpBinding
tag in this file has the name "projectBasicHttpConf", which is not the name I use when configuring bindings on the client.
