Set Project Stratic Impacts values through PSI

Dear All,

I'm working on EPM 2010, there are many of business drivers they are active and not set to any department,

Now what i'm going to do is to create a project and set the project stratic impact all Through PSI

I've created a project successfully now i need to set the values of the stratic impacts -Through PSI-
