How to pass Stages Guid dynamically in declarative workflow

How to pass Stages Guid dynamically in declarative workflow.

Example For List we used to pass guid like this 

System.Guid.Parse("{$ListId:Lists/Testlist;}")

help me out to pass stage guid...

any help would be appreciated!!!!
