How to Include Project Origin Lists in Alertemplates filter

Hello all,

I have customized alertemlates.XML to exclude some column in my lists. Let me explain you in detail about the lists, I'm using 2 OOB "Project" lists Issues and Risks, and 2 sharepoint custom lists. All of these list are attached/included in a project site. 

My exclude filter works pretty good on Sharepoint lists. But it doesn't work on Project lists, Issues and Risks.

Any solutions are appreciated, thanks.
