Getting Graphical Indicator data for project fields using JSOM/CSOM

Hi,

In trying to develop a SharePoint Hosted App, I'd like to get the graphical indicator image for a project level custom field using JSOM. Reading the field value and other field attibutes is simple and documented but nowhere do I find the graphical indicators info and there is no good example out there.

I know it can be accomplished by using PSI but trying to avoid that.
