Comparision of Project Server 2013 SDK, CSOM and Microsoft.Office.Interop.MSProject

Hi,

 I am not clear with when to use Project Server 2013 SDK, CSOM and Microsoft.Office.Interop.MSProject. My requirement is I need to read all the tasks in MS project 2013 standard and professional edition and export it to a website.

Which is best solution out of Project Server 2013 SDK, CSOM and Microsoft.Office.Interop.MSProject.
