I am using Microsoft Project 2010 . Firstly I want to thank you for all the awesome help I received while I was making my baselined project some of the tips are invaluable ..
1. Now for the toughest part ..Is there a way to resources assigned gets a alert or some other smart ways you can share to ensure resources assigned for the task get the alert and updates the progress so that I can keep the Project updated. I want to have the status of the project updated with minimum intrusion and bothering from team (of all kinds of cooperative/non cooperative, grumpy people) :-(
2. More of a discussion . .Is Microsoft Project still relevant in Agile model.
