'Cost' - 'Accrue at' issues

Hi all,

   Firstly - On Project Server 2010 with MS Project 2010 client.

I am finding that when a 'Cost Resource' is set to 'Prorated' as the 'Accrue at' that the actual cost does not then appear in out of the box timephased reports.

If the Task lasts one day, surely the 'prorated' setting would still apply the whole cost over the duration of this task? 

Project Client sees adds the data up correctly, but this data is then out of sync with Timephased reporting.

Any feedback on this issue is much appreciated.
