PS.js Reference on a Project Detail Page

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to access the Project Server JSOM (PS.ProjectContext) from a sandbox solution on a Project Detail Page, but the PS.js file is not referenced on PDPs. As a result, I cannot access the JSOM.

How do I add a reference to the PS.js file, or is there another way to access the JSOM? (not interested in REST)
