Hi everyone,
We have recently connected our CMMI team projects in TFS 2013 to enterprise projects in PWA 2013, but unfortunately project managers without Site collection administrators permission can't work with and the "team" tab in MSP 2013 is also enabled.
When the user permission is changed to site collection admin the "team" tab will be disappeared.
Please help me how to can fix this and also what kind of permission must set for project managers to be able to work with these features?
