PSI CALL - Project Update from PSI Cancelled 50%

Hi :

I created a psi call to update to update assignment actual work for project server 2007.  It had been running fine for the last few years.   I have a project if I looked at the back end data for this project the assignment actual work cost had been updated by PSI.  But it does not show in project server client or pwa.

If I tried to run the project manually I got a queue PSI ( status cancelled at 50%).   I tried to restore the project from a previous version and republished it to project server.  I am still having the same issue. 

Any idea what I can try?  This is the only project we are having issue with.
