Installing MS Project Add-in (setup.exe created through Visual Studio 2013) - error occured downloading resource http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=249113

I have developed an MS Project add-in using Visual Studio 2013. It works fine on my laptop. Now I would like to share the same with others in my organization. So I publish and have the Setup.exe created. Now when others try to install (from setup.exe) they get the error "Error occured downloading resourcehttp://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=249113".

Need some pointers to fix this issue..any suggestions please?
