Can't Edit Standard Calendar - Project Server 2013

Hi everyone,

   I've just installed Project Server on a VM and am going through the config.  I have access to the server through Project professional and have created and deleted a few test projects.  Am having an issue with tailoring the standard calendar.  

• From Project Professional, I connect to the Project Server and open a blank project.
• I click Project on the menu and then select Change Working Time.  
• I select a day and then select the first line in the exception table.  Here's the problem,I can't enter any text in the standard calendar's exception table.  

Thoughts?  Ideas?
