I normally wouldn't come to forums asking for help but I am close to chucking my computer out of the window.
I am pretty much a novice at Microsoft Project. I have just been on a training course, but experience is something I do not have.
I need help setting up the project timings in options and working days etc and then I need help setting up a project calendar or two.
Basically our week runs from Sunday to Saturday.
A normal week is - Monday to Friday working time is 7:30 to 17:00 with :30 min break at 12:00 to 12:30. (9 hours work and a 30 minute break)
however a lot of task that we do also include weekend work or just weekend work:
Saturday is 22:00 - 00:00 and Sunday is 00:00 - 10:00 with a :30 minute break at 04:00 to 04:30 (11 hours work and a 30 minute break)
I have experimented several times to get this to work and when I assign resources it just either, misses days or has them working irregular working patterns and it is frustrating.
I am basically asking if somebody could put me a template together with this is place and then I can assign the calendars to the various task when needed. I would be very thankful.
