Project name with special Character ~ not possible to create in MSP 2010 through Project Server Interface (PSI).

Hi,

I am using  Project Server Interface (PSI) '.asmx' web-services to create a project on Microsoft project server 2010.

The project name contains special character ~. example Test~1.

I get an error "ProjectNameInvalid".

But the same scenario and example works fine with Microsoft project server 2007.

Any specific reason for the behavior.
