Root-Level-Only Attributes *PrintRatePPM, how to add it in GDL file for dynamic update.

I am using BIDI to get the value of printer speed in ppm and I am getting that value from printer.

But I also want to assign the received value to  *PrintRatePPM so that In general tab of printer queue properties  can see the actual printer speed.

How would I do that?.
