Best practices to add new cubes in PWA Cubes DB and Security concern ?

Hi,

I search and don't find nothing on this subject.

I wanna know if a best practices exist for adding new cubes for PWA ?

Also I wanna know what is the best practices to make the security to let some person to add new cubes and to modify existing cubes ?

We try to add a new roles on the cube DB but the rights seems to be flushed by the process that run the cube creation.
