This is a typical situation a trainer may face. You may train people using a hands on exercise of a typical project (painting a house, book writing or arranging a party). However, some users will be trying their own project (based on their domain, like heavy engineering) at that phase itself. It's okay. However the we may be having a very specific instruction manual which uses our typical project. One way to over come this may be to create a generic set of instructions using MS-Office support site (or from a reference book like MSP bible).
I would like to know about trainers' experiences about the same. If you have suggestions or free resources pl. share.
Thanks in advance.
