Hi,
I have written an PSI event handler which override 'OnUpdating' method for project server 2010,this method does some validation on time sheet grid hours and if condition is true,timesheet is not saved.
This processing is working fine but not user interactive as user is not able to know that his entered timesheet hours are not saved untill he tries to move from page.I want to show an alert box or some window which should convey some message to user so that user understands and enter the timesheet hours again as required.
Somewhere on blog I read that we can create a simple webpart and can show the message in that web part but not clear how to do it?
Anyone having idea please share or any other approach I can opt to meet my objective.
