Auto publish after manual approval of timesheet ? (in single entry mode)

Hi,

We got a project server 2013 sites.

We activate the parameters for "single entry mode".

We wanna autopublish the timesheet that we approved manually.

How can we make that ?

We don't wanna activate a rule to make an auto-approval and auto-publish.

We wanna approve the timesheet manually to verify all of those before the approval.
