write all milestone tasks in separate project pro for writing Meeting Minutes

Hi guys,
I have Project Server 2013 Enterprise Environment, 
optimum way to write/retrieve all milestone tasks in separate project pro ?(.. for recording Meeting Minutes against that milestone task )
