Website not updated

Hai,

I was hosting a website in IIS... Its published for internet... But to update the content i deleted all the content and paste the new content on that folder.... but its not updated...it shows the older version of site only...what is the issue ? 

However when I run it runs locally...Also its shows the updated version..but the form submission not working even if its runs locally

Experts answer required....
