Hi All.
I've a Project Server 2010, so I need to show Project Data in a custom sharepoint list in a Project Workspace. ej. (project Owner, project name, and a project custom field) with the target to show in each form of project the data about the context of project
and, the project owner must print the form to sign for the stakeholders, then in the image below you can see the example about my requirement:
So, you can see that the image above is a form that was open with InfoPath and Published that is the reason of the customization of colors and styles, but this doesn't have custom code all is native.
I need that the fields:
- Project Owner
- Project Name
- Project Custome ID
Automatically are populated detecting the Owner of the project from Project Workspace or any other way, I was trying populated by external data from Infopath options and I achieve this goal by web service but in the fields I don't know, how to do for that the fields recognize the Owner, Project Name and custom ID from this specific project? because the web service, send me all data in each field.
