I use Project Online and want to know how to add workflows (specifically the Approval workflow).
I have activated the following workflows at the parent, or home level. Site Settings>Site Collection Features:
1. Disposition approval workflow
2. Project Server Approval Content Type -- active
3. Publishing Approval Workflow -- active
4. Sample Proposal
5. SharePoint 2007 Workflows
6. Three-state workflow -- active
7. Workflows - Aggregated set of out-of-box workflow features provided by SharePoint. -- active
At the child SharePoint site the following workflows are listed.
1. Duet Enterprise - SAP Workflow
2. Project Proposal Workflow
3. SAP Workflow Web Parts
4. Workflow Task Content Type -- active
5. Workflows can use app permissions
When I attempt to add a workflow at the child SharePoint project site there is only one listed: Three-state.
I do not understand why the approval workflow is not shown.
