Project Server 2013 -> But need advice for 2010 also -- Macros saved in Enterprise Global not showing up in all projects, Custom Enterprise Views are working.

The Enterprise Global functionality appears to be working for Custom Views but it will not work for VBA code. I have done most of my work in 2003, but I seem to remember testing E Global functionality on 2010 as being the same. Maybe there is a trick. Is there a publish action for Enterprise Global? Does the client need to be set to refresh to Enterprise Global? Is it a trust thing maybe?

The macro I am having trouble with works if I put the VBA code in the local project.
