In project server 2010, users are not able to open the excel reports in excel (Open in excel option in web Page) they are able to view in web mode through the configured SSO.When the report is opened in excel it is asking to select the server and then showing login failed for the user account.Could you please tell us whether it is mandatory for the users AD account to have read access in PWA reporting db to able to Open in excel.Is there any way we can take advantage of the SSO for this also.Also please let us know whether the users would be able to open the report in excel over the internet.Sharepoint Servers are connected to the internet, but the DB servers are not.
