How to copy Custom fields , Views , Security Groups and Categories , Project Types , Enterprise templates from Test PWA to Prod PWA

Hello ,

Is there  anyway to  quickly copy few selected  Look up Tables , Custom fields ,  Custom Views , Custom Security Groups and Categroies , Project Types ,Enterprise Project templates and Enterpise Global template from my Test PWA to Production PWA. (I am having Project Server 2010).

Any help would be highly appreciated.
