Textbox1 is empty then other text boxes in enable else if is Non empty then all Textboxes is disable in project server 2010

Hi all,

           i am create project detail page(pdp) make four text boxes when textbox1 is empty then all text boxes are enable and if textbox1 is nonempty then all textboxes are disable using javascript code in project server 2010.
