Can a SharePoint 2013 Workflow for Project Server start another EPT?

Hi,

I've created a SharePoint 2013 Workflow for Project Server and at some point I want it to kick off another EPT when "Approved" (as I did in 2010 using UMT's Project Essentials workflow editor).

The only action I can apply is "Go to a stage" where I can pick one of the stages I added. Under the Condition button I find - besides the "If any value equals value" condition - the "Include this stage" condition, but that doesn't seem to be the answer or is it? How can I configure this workflow so that it starts another Project Server workflow or EPT?
