Dear All,
We are using timesheet in EPM 2007, our project managers have two issues:
First our project manager create tasks for specific duration let's say from 1-1-2013 until 31-1-2013 but some of the resources get the time sheet from 15-1-2013 not for all the task duration I do not know why .
Second our project managers try add 100 % complete for the task but the actual spend hours on the task updated automatically as the full planed hours but sometimes this is not the case some of the tasks may end with less hour than planed hour how can I reflect this on the project actuals .
