QueueCreateProject + GeneralSecurityAccessDenied

Hi,

I am creating the project using PSI while i create project,  i use Default Credentials and i get the error GeneralSecurityAccessDenied. 

Please help me resolve this and if i use the network credentials, i am successfully able to create project but as status manager in the project plan i get the name from which i have used the credentials.
