Project Server 2013 Issues and Risks

Hi All,

Q1. In the project server workspace, is it possible to automatically set the issue/risk no(e.g. 1,2 3, etc.)

Q2. In the risk form i have the two field severity, impact with the values like 1-Low, 2-Medium, 3-High, i need to extract the only the integer values from the selected value and multiply both and set in the third field. Is it possible to achieve.
